GEARY, NB –  Speedway 660 is the place to be this Saturday night if you like old-school racing. DMR Auto Sales is proud to present a 75 lap Street Stock feature, which highlights action in the Geary Woods. It all begins at 6:30 PM and also includes racing in the Fredericton Gun Shop Sharp Shooter, Martin’s Home Heating Sportsman and RE/MAX Group Four Realty Pro Stock Divisions.

“Everybody is excited about the DMR Auto Sales 75 because it’s our longest race of the season and one of the hardest races to win,” said Riley Goodwin, winner of two Street Stock feature races in 2017. “It’s 45 more laps than we normally run and if you think these cars slide around in a 30 lap feature come out on Saturday night and you’ll see one of the most exciting shows of the year.”

Goodwin is not the only driver with two DMR Street Stock feature wins under his belt this year. Point leader and 2014 champion Luc McLaughlin also has been to the Riverview Ford Victory Lane twice. Roger Slocum, Shawn Hyslop, Destiny Enkel, Rick Cashol, Matt Crocker and Noah Gillespie are some of the other drivers on the Speedway 660 roster who have a good shot at the win.

Street Stock teams from another area of the Maritimes are invited to run in the DMR Auto Sales Street Stock 75. An invitation has also gone out to the Pulse Heavy Duty Truck Division drivers at Scotia Speedworld to come up for the race.

“The Truck division in Halifax is similar to our Street Stock division and we would like to see some of those guys come up our way for the DMR Auto Sales 75” said Speedway 660’s Max Roy. “Our weekly Street Stock drivers would love to face some outside competition and it would maybe pave the way to have the trucks come back for the 50 lap Street Stock race on SpeedWeekend.”
