Results – House Divisions – Petty Int’l Raceway – Aug 25

RIVER GLADE, NB – Chantel Ackles (Shubenacadie, NS) made her first feature win of 2019 a big one. Ackles took home the win in the Mister Transmission Mini Stock division as a part of the 55th Jones Auto Body River Glade International on Saturday afternoon at Petty International Raceway. Ackles became the third different winner in the class in regular-season point racing competition by winning a fast-paced 35-lap feature on the undercard of the Cummins 200. Ackles defeated teammate JR Lawson (Shubenacadie, NS) and Trevor Smith (Windsor, NS) to take home the win.

Fourteen drivers took the green flag in the Mister Transmission Mini Stock division on Saturday. Ackles and Smith took home heat race victories.

Colton Noble (Upper Nine Mile River, NS) rebounded from a mechanical issue in the heat race to win the combined Leisure Days RV Bandolero feature. Noble led an overall podium featuring Chase MacKay (Bear Cove, NS) and Danny Chisholm (Canning, NS). Ayden Christensen (Windsor Junction, NS) led the Leisure Days RV Beginner Bandolero class to victory over Teagan Dempsey (Fredericton, NB) and Dawson Noble (Upper Nine Mile River, NS). Heat wins went to Chisholm and Christensen.

Braden Langille (Shubenacadie, NS) won the G6N Consulting Group 50 for the Maritime League of Legends Tour while Dylan Blenkhorn (Truro, NS) extended his point lead on the Parts for Trucks Pro Stock Tour with a win in the Cummins 200.
