Mackintosh Scores Hat Trick at INEX Banquet

CONCORD, NC – Amherst, Nova Scotia teenager Ryan Mackintosh was a big winner this past Saturday at the INEX National Awards Banquet held in the Speedway Club at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Mackintosh collected hardware for the three championships he earned in 2013 Legends Cars competition: the United States Semi Pro title along with being named the International champion for both oval and road course competition.

The 17-year-old has been racing full-time in North Carolina for several years out of the Chris Woods Racing shop in pursuit of his goal to be a professional stock car racer.

In his acceptance speech he acknowledged the help he’s had from family, his team and his sponsors.

In 2014 Mackintosh will run the INEX Pro division (Legends Cars) as well as selcet late model events in both the U.S. and Canada.
