HERMON, ME – Veteran Maine racer Mike Rowe got his third win on the 2015 Pro All Stars Series (PASS) season when he visited Speedway 95’s Victory Circle on Sunday afternoon. The Hight Chevrolet 150 saw Cassius Clark finished second and DJ Shaw was third. The win pads Mike Rowe’s championship points lead with 11 races remaining on the season.
