Craig Slaunwhite (Terence Bay, NS) won his third race of the season Saturday evening at Scotia Speedworld in the Nova Truck Centres Make A Wish 150, round four for the ’22 East Coast International Pro Stock Tour.  The victory was hard-fought as Slaunwhite battled Cole Butcher (Hantsport, NS) in the closing laps with Slaunwhite gaining a small advantage coming through turn four on the final lap. Butcher finished second. Greg Proude (Springvale, PE) was a top runner all day and was able to take the final spot on the podium. Marty Prevost (Fall River, NS) made his first start of the season on the Series, the veteran racer had a great showing with a fourth-place finish. Nicholas Naugle (Dartmouth, NS) is showing great consistency and rounds out the night’s top five.

Atlantic Tiltload Heat Races kicked off the action on the track. Stephen Lively (Shubenacadie, NS), and Craig Slaunwhite (Terence Bay, NS) won their Atlantic Tiltload heat races which set the field for the Nova Truck Centres Make A Wish 150.

Gary Elliott (Truro, NS) took home the Kenny U Pull Hard Charger award. Matt Vaughan (Bedford, NS) was the Fleet Brake Atlantic Lucky Dog. Cole Butcher won the R&D Performancentre Most Laps Led Award.

The Cross Roads Maritime League of Legends was first up on the racing card. Owen Mahar (Hubley, NS) was first under the checkers followed by Colton Noble (Nine Mile River, NS) and Gage Gilby (Enfield, NS).

The MacFarlands Industrial Bandolero cars put on a great 20-lap feature. Aiden Christensen (Windsor, Junction, NS) was first to complete the 20 laps, Dawson Noble (Nine Mile River) and Chase Livingston (Springhill, NS) completed the top three.

The East Coast International Pro Stock Tour returns to action for the Fleetrite 150 on July 2 at Oyster Bed Speedway located on scenic Prince Edward Island.  Racing action gets underway at 4:00 pm.
