Officials for the Maritime League of Legends Tour are excited to announce the series schedule for the 2018 season. The Maritime League of Legends Tour will visit five premier stock car racing ovals in the Maritimes this Summer, producing ten events from May to September.

Scotia Speedworld in Enfield, Nova Scotia will anchor the schedule in 2018. The track, which hosts an INEX sanctioned Legend division as a part of their CARSTAR Weekly Racing Series, will play host to three Maritime League of Legends Tour events. The Series will open at the 3/10-mile oval on Saturday, May 26th, then return for a mid-Summer event on Saturday, August 11th and conclude the year at the track on Saturday, September 15th. The Tour will race the same nights as the Parts for Trucks Pro Stock Tour.

Events at both Oyster Bed Speedway and Petty International Raceway will also be raced the same night as Parts for Trucks Pro Stock Tour events. The Oyster Bed Bridge, Prince Edward Island bullring will host the Maritime League of Legends Tour on Saturday, June 30th and Saturday, August 4th while the Series will tow to River Glade, New Brunswick for events on Saturday, July 21st and Saturday, August 25th.

Riverside International Speedway will bring the Maritime League of Legends Tour to the historic James River, Nova Scotia oval on two occasions. Riverside will host the only Friday night show for the series on Friday, July 13th during the IWK 250 weekend and will return on Saturday, August 18th as a part of the NASCAR Pinty’s Series weekend.

Speedway 660 in Geary, New Brunswick tends to play a key role in determining a champion in the Series. For the third straight year, the Maritime League of Legends Tour will return to compete on SpeedWeekend with an event slated for Saturday, September 1st. The race will serve as the penultimate round for 2018.

Among the next steps for the Series is a new website, which is expected to debut in March 2018.

Farrell completed his second straight title run with a win in the season finale R&D Performancenter 50 presented by Scotia Tire at Scotia Speedworld this past September.
