RIVER GLADE, NB -Due to the forecast of weather from Hurricane Dorian this weekend, Petty International Raceway officials have made the call to postpone the Salisbury Helping Hands Food Drive Race Night scheduled for Saturday, September 7th. The full card will be moved to Saturday, September 14th. The format for the event will remain the same, with five unique divisions of stock car racing in action. Start times have been adjusted with pit gates opening at 11:30 am, grandstand gates opening at 2 pm and racing beginning at 4 pm.

Fans can receive $10 off adult grandstand admission for the rescheduled September 14th full card of racing if they bring either an admission wristband from the 55th Jones Auto Body River Glade International or a minimum donation of three non-perishable food items to the Salisbury Helping Hands Food Bank. Promotion only applies to adult grandstand admission for Saturday, September 14th. The AE McKay Builders Late Model Sportsman, Street Stock, Mister Transmission Mini Stock, Leisure Days RV Bandolero and Kings County Performance Women on Wheels will race point paying events on September 14th.

Petty International Raceway management hopes everyone stays safe this weekend from Hurricane Dorian and they hope you can join them for some great short-track racing on Saturday, September 14th!
