East Coast Mini Stock Tour Cancels 2020 Season May 13, 2020 Regional Management of the East Coast Mini Stock Tour has made the difficult decision to cancel the series 2020 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Several factors went into this decision, including the uncertainty of when race tracks would be able to open within the Maritime Provinces combined with the current closures around borders between those Provinces. With drivers, fans, officials, and host venues scattered around the region, the decision was made to officially pull the plug on the season. “This was a tough decision to make,” said Drew MacEachern of the East Coast Mini Stock Tour. “We were looking forward to our biggest season to date, but with the unique circumstances of a touring series and the uncertainty around travel and social gatherings, we thought it would be the best to bow out now and concentrate on 2021. Thank you to everyone for their continued support of our series and stay safe!” The Series would like to thank all of its competitors, fans, host venues and marketing partners, including Passione Flooring and Interiors, for their endless support of grassroots racing within Atlantic Canada.
