Maritime Allstar Sportsman Series Announce Schedule, Sponsors & Lineup January 26, 2022 Regional HALIFAX, NS – The pieces are coming together for the inaugural season of the Maritime Allstar Sportsman Series as series management announce a title sponsor, its 2022 schedule, race sponsors, and a 25-car registration list. Auto World Truro Ltd. will sponsor the series seven-race schedule in 2022. With the announcement comes a new logo integrating the Auto World branding with that for the series as well as a new brand name for the series: the Auto World Maritime Allstar Sportsman Series. “We’re excited to sponsor this new series,” said Dylan Blenkhorn, one of the region’s racing stars as well as owner of Auto World Truro. “It’s good to give back to the racing community that we’ve been a part of for so many years. We wish the series and its racers much success.” The Auto World Maritime Allstar Sportsman Series will race at five different tracks, four in Nova Scotia (Lake Doucette Motor Speedway, Riverside International Speedway, Scotia Speedworld, and Sydney Speedway) and one track in New Brunswick (Centre for Speed). Five of the feature races are scheduled to be 100 laps in length and two are 75 laps; drivers will accumulate championship points at each event and the driver with the most points after the seventh race will be crowned the inaugural Auto World Maritime Allstar Sportsman Series champion.
