Nova Scotia’s Cole Butcher has won the pole for Sunday’s All American 400 at Fairgrounds Speedway in Nashville (TN). The two-time Parts for Trucks Pro Stock Tour champion set fast time in a late Saturday afternoon qualifying session with a lap of 18.101-seconds around the 0.596-mile oval.

Butcher is driving a Rowdy Manufacturing car out of North Carolina’s Donnie Wilson Racing stable as part of a three-car team which also includes Wilson and Casey Roderick.

Derek Thorn qualified second with a lap of 18.176, Roderick was third at 18.290, Josh Brock fourth at 18.292 and Stephen Nasses fifth at 18.393.

Thirty-one cars will start Sunday’s 400-lap feature which will be streamed online PPV via Speed51TV. The broadcast starts at 2 p.m. (Atlantic time) with pre-race ceremonies.
