DAYTONA BEACH, FL – Austin Dillon will lead the field to the green flag Sunday afternoon in the Advance Auto Parts Clash at Daytona. Dillon was the benefactor of a lucky draw by a fan which determined the starting spots. Denny Hamlin will start outside pole in the 75-lap non-points race for 17 drivers who qualified for the event by winning a pole in 2017, being a former Daytona 500 pole winner, or being in the 2017 Playoff field.

Twenty drivers qualified for the event but the field ended up at 17 with Dale Earnhardt Jr.’s retirement from Cup racing, Matt Kenseth stepping away, and Danica Patrick focusing on her last Cup race – the Daytona 500.

The Advance Auto Parts Clash at Daytona goes green at 4:30 p.m. Sunday following qualifying for the Daytona 500. It will be broadcast live on FS1, MRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.
